Loop Fund Mobile Updates
By opting in to our text messaging program, Loop Fund Mobile Updates, you authorize Loop Fund to send you customer care and promotional information about your personal installment loan status and options at the telephone number you provided us. Such messages may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice and may include texts or ringless voicemail messages by which a prerecorded voice message will be sent directly to your voicemail without causing your phone to ring. You are not required to provide this authorization as a condition of receiving a loan.
You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Terms and Conditions, our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You understand that any messages we send you may be accessed by anyone with access to your messages. You also understand that message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You also agree that we shall have no liability for the cost of any such messages. If you have questions about your text or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile phone service provider. Please note carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Frequency
Messages are recurring and frequency may vary, depending on your loan status.
Types of Messages
Messages will confirm your opt-in or opt-out from our text messaging program, and may include communications about:
- How to return to complete your loan application
- Transfer of your funds
- Tips for managing your loan account through your online Client Portal
- Payment due date reminders
- Confirmation when your loan is paid off
- When you’re eligible for additional funds
- How to obtain a new payment plan, if needed
Collection of Information
When you apply for a loan, we collect the phone number that you provided in your online application. We ask for your consent to send text messages to the phone number provided during the application process.
Information Sharing
Your phone number is never sold. For more information regarding privacy, please view our Privacy Policy.
Opting Out
At any time, you may cancel and withdraw your consent to receive messages by replying “STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT” to any message we send you.
After you send this message, we will send a final text message to confirm that you have been opted out. Then you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join our text messaging program again, you can opt in when applying for a loan and we will start sending text messages to you again, or you may send “START” in response to prior messages we sent to you.

* Loan applications fully verified and approved by 11am Central Time (CT) will be funded as soon as the next business day. Loan applications fully verified and approved after 11am CT on Friday will be funded as soon as the following Monday, so long as the Monday is not a bank holiday. Fox Lending, LLC is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your financial institution.
